Don't Adjust Your Screen

This Batik Blur is for the 2014 Relay For Life, here in Terrebonne Parish.  Some time ago, I saw a similar quilt on Pinterest.  I searched and searched for a pattern, then gave up and drew one up myself.  I have no clue if my version is close to the original, but I like it.

The project was originally started for our One Fabric Challenge.  I quilted swirls and feathers all over with a  "Blue Jean Gold" thread.

Hooking up with other Friday pretties, hosted by Sarah at Confessions for a Fabric Addict.

Wow, your quilt is just lovely, beautiful, and yes, I was cleaning my glasses there at first. I normally don't care for batiks, but this quilt really favors them. Nice finish!

Wow, I love the visual effect of this. You did a great job of drawing your own pattern, and keeping track of color placement as well!

Very cool, Jamie! I love this quilt!! I did a similar block for a "sunlight on water" quilt that i did - but I love the way yours seems to vibrate! Whoop whoop!

I saw this on Pinterest but it didn't link to the maker. I'm glad to have found out who made this beautiful quilt. It's gorgeous! Will you be publishing a pattern?
