Pink Rails

A simple 9-Patch rail is the start of the Pink Month for the 2014 Rainbow Challenge hosted by SoScrappy.  I have a ton of pink scraps -- enough to work on for 2 months.  I make at least one pink quilt a year for Breast Cancer Awareness, so my pink scraps could be housed in a trunk instead of a plastic container like the other colors.

I really need to get back to quilting the 2013 Rainbow tops I have ready.....actually, there are 4 left.  I have a notebook full of new quilting designs and want to practice on these tops.  So now...back to thinking PINK!

That is a lot of pink. Quilts to practice new designs on sounds too fun. Enjoy!

Your rails are pretty. Good for you for using that pink to benefit someone! Enjoy your day!

What a great way to use up all those pink scraps. I'm sure the recipients of your Pink Quilts really appreciate them.

You are the opposite of me on pink scraps! Great use of them in those rail blocks.

A very nice pattern to show off your scraps. They look great together.
