Here is the latest made with many dark blues and a beige background -- my husband gladly holding it from the back of his truck. Amy did a better job above for the cover shot taken in nature.
The second time -- in all pinks for a Breast Awareness Fund Raiser. This one you will see again later after it is quilted. The Fund Raiser was postponed until Fall of 2012, so the top went into the closet for later.
And of course, the first one I made in purples for Judy's 2011 Monochromatic Challenge at Patchwork Times last year.
Because I am a generally a scrappy quilter, making these quilts were so gratifying. Pulling and pulling and pulling from the stash was so much fun. The joy of buying fabric can only be beat by using it in a project ... which makes room to buy more!
Now .... will there be a 4th??? Yep, I see bright batiks in MANY colors on my wish list.

And now I have another quilt on my bucket list - because I have a pile of batiks and that sounds like it will make a gorgeous quilt!!! Congratulations, Jamie!
Beautiful quilt. Thanks for sharing the quilt in all the colors. They sure make the quilt look different.
Another wonderful fantastic quilt! I like each color and the fact that it is a scrappy pattern. A winner!

the quilts are gorgeous in any colour but the blue would be my favorite.
Looking forward to see the batik one.
I love all 3 of these, and I just know an all-batik one would be absolutely FABULOUS! Congrats on the second pattern printed... WAY TO GO!!
Congratulations! With all your samples though, it could have been Pink Me Away, Purple Me Away. I'm thinking a Gold or Green Me Away may be on the horizon. Nice going Jamie. Jane
I love this pattern! I think I could use it in two colorways. Found my way here from http://suedaurio.blogspot.com/2012/10/dwm-3-quilts-quilted-this-weekend.html
I've got the pattern saved on my wish list at Amazon! Thank you! This is a great find!
