I am actually working on a few Christmas items, however in between, the Card Trick Blocks are growing in number and my scraps are starting to show a dent. I also finished the 60 background string blocks for Bonnie Hunter's Mystery quilt.

I just love it!! And the size is perfect too! I am enjoying watching this grow.
Good progress on the card trick quilt. It does take a while for the scraps to show a dent. I've been cutting a lot of mine with the GO! cutter. I just need make sure I spend at least 1 day a week cutting them, but that kind of got lost with my current schedule.
That is A LOT of strings. I'm sure the scrap bin must be getting at least somewhat depleted by now. I've never seen a card trick done that way, but it is just stunning.
The card trick quilt is looking great. I am impressed that you got all the blocks done for Bonnie's mystery. That is a lot of blocks.
Oh my goodness...you made all these string blocks AND the ones for Bonnie's mystery?!? WOW! I am stuck at step #2!
Whoa! That is way cool, Jamie. I really like this setting you have come up with. Kudos to you, girl!

Your card trick blocks look so dimensional. What a great illusion. Have a very Merry Christmas.
Wonderful quilt. I like it more each time I see it. It's going to be quite striking!
I love the way your quilt is coming together. Fabulous!
I love this twist on card trick blocks with all the logs. Very intriguing (and a lot of work!)
