Finished the 16-patch/pinwheel quilt, a pattern from the Bonnie Hunter Site. I must have tested five different borders before deciding to go light -- then the ah ha moment.
Close-up of the quilting. I have decided to label my quilting method as "naturalist", because in nature, flowers and leaves are not symetrically perfect - and neither is my quilting.
As you can see, I am still quilting tops. I will NOT go back to piecing until I have my Carolina Christmas (Mardi Gras) quilt done.

I love your finish # 10 - Bonnie just has the most terrific patterns. And your border was meant to be light! Love your naturalistic quilting concept - just Carolina X-mas and off to a new project. You can do it. Congrats from Michigan.
