Green Wall

All of the blocks are done -- this one is a little different from the purple top I finished last week. I used a variety of backgrounds from off white to beige, which gave it a totally different look.  I also extended the X-Block into the border.

It looks incredible. I love the flow into the corners.

I like both color ways and both are different so makes it nice if doing same design....would have a hard time deciding which one to do if only just one.....lol!

I really liked the purple version, but I like the green one even more if that's possible! So cool!

This is beautiful. Amazing how such simple blocks make such a striking quilt.

I have also been focused on green, making one with alternating 16-patches and pinwheel blocks. Will quilt leaves on each block. I have a completed flimsy in the same pattern you are using, but with rich colors of burgundy, gold, blue and green. Will be VERY interesting in watching how you decide to quilt yours. Maybe feathered X on the X blcks and square 4-feather design on the 16-patches?
