Monday Design Wall - For Wanda
Today my post will only be dedicated to Wanda, a talented and dedicated quilter who lost her life on Sunday in a totally unexpected battle. The last several days, our "Cane Cutter Quilt Guild" joined in prayer with hopes for Wanda's speedy recovery. However, the Lord had other plans for Wanda. Our thoughts and prayers continue for her husband Barry, their family and her many friends.

I'm very happy I was able to meet Wanda and very sorry for her untimely death. Another reminder that we never know what the future holds.
So sorry to hear of the loss of your friend . I live near Morgan City and has heard of 'The Cane Cutters' Are you from the Houma area? I go to the quilt shop on St Charles quite often.
