I have a long list of "want-to-do's", but being realistic, will continue to sew together the 16-patch/pinwheel blocks and the Kaffe hexagons.
Last night, I started cutting more of the 1/2 hexagons from my stash of 2 1/2" strips using the method from a previous post http://babyboomerquiltingbee.blogspot.com/2010/02/project-for-2-12-strips.html. On the design board below, I am grouping the colors and using black and whites on the out borders. When I tire of sewing and need to stretch, I add more colors to the design board.
