On Ringo Lake, the 2017-18 Mystery Quilt Designed by Bonnie Hunter, Quiltville, is done!
My color choices are red, gray and gold on a light background. The border is a little different, because I no longer had enough large chunks of gray to follow Bonnie's pattern.
The quilting is a simple free-motion, edge to edge design of circles and swirls.

Absolutely gorgeous! I love the colours you decided to make this in!
ReplyDeleteGreat finish Jamie....mine is still in bits and pieces and not even close to resembling your top....love it!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful finish! I'm almost finished with mine, too. :)
ReplyDeleteNice to have it finished. Great added triangles on the egde. I can hardly wait to see what Quiltville Mystery is this year!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on a wonderful finish! It's a great colorway. I like your border solution. Wonder what Bonnie has in store for us this year . . .
ReplyDeleteBeautiful finish - congratulations. I love it’s picture by the pool! :-). I’m hoping to get my ORL completed in the 4th quarter, hopefully before Bonnie starts the next mystery!!
ReplyDeleteI would not have thought to use those colors together, but the work great-we are all inspired by each other:)
