Rainbow Blocks and Log Cabin Finish


A little late start with blue blocks, so they have been combined with my first set of purple blocks.  This is a combination of 4-patches made into a 9-Patch.  


From a previous RC challenge,  I was able to complete the Rainbow Log Cabin  and donate to a local women's shelter.  From a distance, the quilt almost has a pixel pattern.

    wow! I love your 4/9 patch block- i'll have to keep that one in mind...

    Your log cabin quilt has turned out beautifully. I'm crazy about log cabins, but this rainbow layout is really the best!

    And I don't believe I've seen that arrangement of 4 patches into a nine patches. I like it.
