Projects Updated / H2H Finale'

Sarah, Confessions of a Fabric Addict, has opened a link for the H2H Quilts.  Because I mailed off mine over a month ago, I almost forgot to link up for the big finale'.  Actually, the quilt has traveled to Sarah in Tennessee and will be traveling back down South for the NOLA Project, just over an hour away from here.

The May BOM (hosted by Jackie with Canton Village Quilt Works)  is done -- this block was submitted by Cathy at Cabbage Quilts, called Jewel Box.  Of course, like previous months, I have made two.

The queen size "Winner's Circle" kit from Regina's Quilt Kits, Inc is coming along.  I have finished all of the diagonal curves and about half way done with the corner units.  This is going to be a big one, so I have gone out and bought a large batting -- nothing in my closet will be big enough.  Thank goodness for "Michael's Coupon of the week.  The backing will have to wait for the owner -- I want to make sure Mary Ann likes the choice.

I love the way the colors are sectioned off in your H2H quilt. It's really striking.

A friend directed me to your blog to take a peek at the first quilt you are featuring in this post--which is wonderful!

The one you labeled Winner's Circle looks like Terry Atkinson's Winner's Bouquet but with the darks and lights reversed?? I own the templates and pattern set but have not tried it yet. You know how we all have lists of things we want to do and I purchased it with Christmas present money. I love how yours is turning out!
