Charity Finish

First - on the design wall, ready for assembly of the two remaining sections.
Next -- fresh off the long arm (inside shot)

Last shot is outside -- I was almost finished with the binding last night and wanted to take the picture before the sun went down.

The Helping Hands Quilt (our guild's charity program) finished at 64" X 88 -- the center used 4 1/2" Kona solid squares and same fabric used for the border.  The scraps were 2 1/2" X 4 1/2" rectangles. The pattern was inspired by a Shop Hop Pattern from a few years ago (Mama's Quilt Shop in Independence, LA.)  We are just a couple weeks away from the 2017 Shop Hop, so I need to dig out the mad money.
